Bio-shredders and Chippers
BIO Series
The BIO line is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning is firstly shredded by two blades and a counter blade followed by 6 mobile hammers which reduce the material into chips. The resulting material may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves fuelled with wood chips. Owing to its wheels and displacement handle, the BIO line is the best solution for garden maintenance. Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and meet the needs of even the most demanding users.
CIP.6 Series
The CIP.6 line is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning is firstly shredded by a blade and a L-shaped counter blade followed by 4 mobile S-shaped hammers which reduce the material into chips. The resulting material may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves fuelled with wood chips. Owing to its wheels (where provided) and displacement handle, the CIP.6 line is the best solution for garden maintenance. Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and meet the needs of even the most demanding users.
CIP.8 Series
The CIP.8 line is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning is firstly shredded by a blade and a L-shaped counter blade followed by 6 mobile S-shaped hammers which reduce the material into chips. The resulting material may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves fuelled with wood chips. Owing to its wheels (where provided) and displacement handle, the CIP.8 line is the best solution for gardens or small parks maintenance. The two wheels tractor or wheelbarrow versions allow for easy displacement of the chipper even on difficult terrain, guaranteeing a material introduction height equal to the push versions. Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and meet the needs of even the most demanding users.
CIP.10 Series
The CIP.10 line is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning is firstly shredded by a blade and a L-shaped counter blade followed by 10 mobile hammers which further reduce the material into chips. The resulting material may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves fuelled with wood chips. Due to the pneumatic wheels (where provided) and displacement handle, the CIP.10 line is the best solution for professionals and lumberjacks involved in garden, park or undergrowth maintenance. The wheelbarrow versions allow for easy displacement of the chipper even on difficult terrain, guaranteeing a material introduction height equal to the push versions. For the CIP.10 line, F.B.C. paid special attention to design, high-performance and solidity of the machines, providing front and rear bearing units for a better balanced flywheel and faster access to maintenance. A 1900mm rotating discharge pipe (Code MUSO000009) could be provided. Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and meet the needs of even the most demanding users.
BIO.10 Series
Fresh pruning is quickly reduced into very fine fragments by means of 3 reversible blades and a counter blade. The considerable width of the 3-sector shredding drum allows for processing of bifurcated branches without need of manual intervention, moreover fins are installed to increase ventilantion in order to eject leaves and even the most humid material. The dowel system with adjustment template allows for quick maintenance of the cutting system, even on site if necessary. The study of the cutting system optimises fuel consumption in the petrol engine versions. The BIO10 is equipped with 1 roller driven by a hydraulic motor and controlled by the NoStress system with return function. Three modes are available to operate the machine: branches with leaves, bare branches and trunks. Loading the material is made easier by the large hopper which can be closed to reduce the overall dimension during transport and storage. This machine is the perfect solution for professional maintainers or lumberjacks who need to quickly dispose of large quantities of residues from pruning of gardens, public parks or undergrowth. The resulting material can be used for composting. For the BIO.10, F.B.C. paid particular attention to the compactness of the machine, its performance, solidity and fast and safe access for maintenance. Made entirely of thick steel and scrupulously following the Community safety regulations, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and meet the needs of even the most demanding users.
